Shipping policy

Processing

We provide free shipping on all US orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may change and may be longer during high volume time. You will receive shipment notification, including tracking information, as soon as your package has shipped, and information is available from the courier company.

Sales taxes in the United States will be automatically charged during checkout depending on the shipping destination.

In case there is no stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time. The order will be sent once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved.

Deliveries

Deliveries require a signature upon receiving the shipment to ensure your order has arrived safely.

Deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Erlea Limited LLC will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery by the courier or when the address indicated by the customer does not provide the necessary data for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

International Shipments

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Deliveries depend on destination and shipping service paid by the customer. Customs, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the country of destination are always the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are not reflected in the estimated delivery times.

 

No deliveries to PO Boxes will be made. This applies for domestic and international shipments.
