Refund policy
We hope you love your new accessory; however, if you are not satisfied, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, we will not accept damaged, modified, or broken jewelry. All exchanged orders and replacement orders are final-sale.
We strive to offer the best possible prices to our customers and, to adhere to this effort, we ask our customers to cover the cost of the return of the accessory to Erlea.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@erlealimited.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend that you securely package your items in the original packing materials and ship it fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items with broken tags, with signs of wear or have been resized, altered, as well as special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Damages and issues
We carefully inspect every piece before shipment to ensure the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like costumed products, (such as personalized, modified, or special order). Please get in touch with us at hello@erlealimited.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, (following the process described above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
